Here at CMEpalooza HQ in downtown Philadelphia, we notice peculiar things from time to time that may or may not be unique to our city.
People eating scrapple on the sidewalk while reading the latest issue of Poor Richard’s Almanac.
Someone screaming, “Hey, youse can’t leave that cone there to save your parking spot, cuz. I don’t care that you spent an hour circling the block last night. Move it or I’ll break your kneecaps!”
But perhaps most strikingly, no matter how good things are with our city, there are some people who simply can’t enjoy success and focus solely on finding our faults.
Yeah, I know the Iggles won 55-7 yesterday, but did you see how our kicker missed that extra point at the end of the game? He needs to be sent to Siberia like, today. We’re not going to win another game this season unless we cut him.”
Or
Sure, it’s 75 degrees and sunny today, but did you look at the forecast for Wednesday of next week? It’s supposed to rain all day. I knew I shouldn’t have planned anything outside this summer. We’re so screwed.”
Or
Fix the friggin’ potholes already! (OK, this one we can agree with)
All of this is why it’s always so surprising that, no matter where we go or who we’re with, the universal love for CMEpalooza permeates every conversation we have with our fellow citizens.
Yo Derek, amazing blog post this morning. Have a cheese wit wit on me.
Or
Yo Scott, loved that session in the archives on new outcomes approaches. My Aunt Nonna wants you to come over for Sunday gravy this weekend.
Yet more than anything, what they (and we) love are our loyal CMEpalooza sponsors. Since our debut in the spring of 2014, the CME community has rallied around our Spring and Fall events. We educate more than 3,000 CME professionals each year through our popular blog and our live, virtual events. Every year, we have evolved and grown to meet the unique needs of our community, and our sponsors have ridden along with us.
We are coming off another record-breaking year of education and are poised to greet America’s sesquicentennial (Google it) with another year of innovative education on Wednesday, April 22, and Wednesday, October 21. And of course, our innovation extends to our sponsorship opportunities. Just take a look at the 2026 Sponsorship prospectus for all of the information you’ll need. Yes, we have the traditional gamut of opportunities, but we have also thrown in a few unique goodies that might be of interest to you.
Feel free to take a look at “By the Numbers” page within the prospectus if you want some hard data on our events. If you want any additional information, just ask. We crunch data throughout the year and just feature some of the more impressive numbers here.
Our sponsorships tend to go quickly these days, especially at the higher tiers where there are limited numbers, so don’t think for too long if you are interested in those. Youse wouldn’t want to get left out.
