Sponsors: Fall 2022

If the meeting planning community has learned nothing in the COVID-19 era, it’s this – capturing the attention of a live audience online is not easy. You need to be even more creative and more interesting in the online setting to capture people’s attention. You can’t simply trot out an agenda meant for the live setting, replicate it online, and expect the same audience engagement. That’s why you are seeing some organizations who quickly stepped in to fill a temporary educational gap stepping right back out again.

And yet CMEpalooza not only continues to survive, but we continue to thrive. And as we (pretty please?) shift back into a more normal live conference schedule in 2022, we’ll be right where we always have been as the anchor of free, online education for the CME community. You can set aside Wednesday, April 6, and Wednesday, October 19, as “work vacation” days.

As our events evolve, so do our sponsorship opportunities. While we have a lot of the “old standbys,” we’ve thrown in some new wrinkles once again this year. Always dreamed of being royalty? We’ve got a new sponsorship for that, and lots more besides.

One note of caution – if you are interested in one of our more higher-level, elite sponsorships, you should probably act fast. These go more and more quickly every year, and we operate on a first-come first-served basis. We hate turning anyone away, so don’t let it happen to you!

Just take a look at the current Sponsor Prospectus (updated for Fall 2022) for all of the information you’ll need. Take a look at “By the Numbers” page within the prospectus if you want some hard data on our events. If you want any additional information, just ask. We crunch data throughout the year and just feature some of the more impressive numbers here. Our sponsorships tend to go quickly these days, especially at the higher tiers where there are limited numbers, so don’t think for too long if you are interested in those.
