CMEpalooza T-shirts and a brief update

On a whim, I asked my brother-in-law, Greg – owner of the fantastic GreAT Signs in Bird-in-Hand, PA (yes, thats the name of a real town, shut up) IMG_1474– if he could whip up a CMEpalooza T-shirt using the Lollapalooza font. I thought it would be funny. This is what he came up with and I think it looks great! I posted a picture of it on Twitter and, to my surprise, a couple people asked about buying one. I hadn’t really considered that, but, yeah, sure, Greg says he can do that. So, if you want to purchase one, just send me an email at dwarnick@theCMEguy.com and we’ll make it happen. Cost is $15.

I’m currently working on the schedule for CMEpalooza and hope to have something by the end of the week. Since we now have 21 presentations scheduled and almost 10 hours of presentation time, it’s very likely that I will be spreading it out over two days (March 20-21). Stay tuned for updates!

***UPDATE: I’m told you can choose “any color you want” for the T-shirt and PayPal is an option for purchase. What a world we live in.

New presentation added to agenda; submission deadline one week away

I’m thrilled to announce the latest addition to the CMEpalooza agendaPatient-level Outcomes: Dos and Don’ts, Whys and Hows by Greg Salinas, PhD, Director of Research and Assessment Services, CE Outcomes, LLC.

This brings the total number of presentations to ten, which, I have to admit, blows me away. Several people have asked me if there is still room for more presentations. Absolutely! That’s the beauty of a virtual conference – I can add as many presentations as I want. There’s still plenty of room for more sessions on March 20 and if that fills up (which I doubt will happen), I can just extend it to the next day. So, yes, there’s still room for more presentations. Please feel free to submit your idea, but remember, the deadline to submit is one week away (Feb. 1). Might as well submit it now!

Keep CMEpalooza in mind during #acehp14

Just a reminder for all of you attending the Alliance conference (#acehp14) in Orlando this week to keep CMEpalooza in mind while all those brilliant new ideas are percolating around in your head. The deadline for abstract submissions for CMEpalooza is February 1, which was done intentionally to give people time after the Alliance conference to submit their ideas. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
